Field Coordinator (Metro Manila)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years leadership experience in merchandising experience within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of retail stores merchandising dynamics
• Must be residing in Rizal/ Taytay/ Montalban/ Pasig.

Job responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of merchandisers.
• Ensure that all vacancies and deployment are filled with qualified candidates.
• Monitor the inventory of stores.
• Work closely with the marketing and store operations teams to ensure effective product displays and merchandising strategies in retail stores.
• Collaborate with various internal teams such as marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain to ensure effective coordination and alignment of merchandising strategies.
• Provide training and support to retail teams on product knowledge and basic merchandising orientation training.
