Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 3 years of work experience in marketing and retail operations
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in home appliances industry
• Knowledgeable in market operations and management
• Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report daily sales performance by channel, RC, and store, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute weekly sales performance reports for Sales, RCs, Product Managers, and management.
• Issue monthly sales reports and evaluate promoter performance based on rolling 3-month results.
• Analyze and share weekly store inventory reports, providing insights and supporting purchase order (PO) preparation.
• Manage marketing expense budgets and reimbursements, including salaries, POP materials, exhibitions, and other marketing costs.
