Duties and Responsibilities

1. Visit different High Schools fo a Possible Schedule for School/Career/Orientation/fairs
2. Prepares and makes an inventory of recruitment materials and giveaways
3. Acts as Liaison between the Univeristy and different High Schools in Metro Manila
4. Conducts career oriantation and career fair to high schools
5. Maintan list of schools and contact persons
6. Attends to mailing of recruitment materials
7. Attends to requisition of office supplies
8. Updates the Department's calendar of Activities
9. Conducts researches in recruitment
10. Does Telemarketing
11. Entertains, processes and documents requests and complaints of High School officials, parents, and students
12. performes other functions as may be directed by the Head of Marketing Communications Department

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
• Experience in marketing, customer relations, or school liaison work is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
