SALES DEVELOPMENT

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the partner store
• Monthly Regular visitation
• Monitoring sales and providing strategies for improvement
• No zero submission per month
• Conducting regular visits to ensure compliance with AIFUL SOPs
• Minimum of 2 physical visits per month once the store is accredited

BRAND DEVELOPMENT

• Coordinate company promotions, marketing campaigns at the store level
• Regular updating of the latest marketing campaign
• Monitoring of Marketing collaterals and ensuring that all marketing materials are in good condition
• Minimum of 30 Loan application brochures displayed in the store

LOANS MANAGEMENT

• Training on AIFUL Loan Products
• 1 session after accreditation

FINANCIAL TARGET

• Soliciation of Loans application per month
• 50 approved applications per month per area

1. Bachelor's degree – any course
2. At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing
3. Communication skills are a plus
4. Willingness to do field work and Ability to work independently
5. With a Motorcycle
