• Design and analyze structural systems to ensure safety and stability.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance.
• Evaluate project feasibility and provide technical guidance.
• Monitor and evaluate the Performance of subordinates
• Motivate and instill in the subordinates to obey company policies, rules, and regulations
• Construct and file job instruction resources of each employee’s work
• Set meetings and target dates with subordinates for the actual and estimated date of accomplishment of the project
• Monitor works on site and see to it that satisfactory workmanship is maintained according to specifications
• Supervise and monitor daily activities in the project site and see to it that all are according to schedule and specifications
• Supervise and monitor all project installations
• Supervise and monitor all concrete pouring/asphalt laying
• Update the straight line diagram
• Deploy manpower at certain areas whenever necessary
• Supervise and monitor the usage/utilization of all equipment
• Meet the weekly and monthly work accomplishment targets
• Ensure that the date of project completion meets the target based on contract specifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience Level: Entry-level; no prior experience required.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in engineering software, strong analytical skills, and understanding of building codes.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in designing structures, conducting site inspections, and preparing project reports.
• Working Conditions: Mix of office and on-site work in various environments.
