Description

  • Visit customers' homes or places of business to collect overdue payments in a professional and courteous manner
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to resolve outstanding debts
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and payment arrangements
  • Identify and report on any potential fraud or suspicious activities
  • Provide excellent customer service and find solutions to help customers meet their financial obligations
  • Collaborate with the wider team to develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies

Requirements

  • With owned motorcycle.
  • At least 2 years of experience in debt collection or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills to maintain accurate documentation
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • A team player who can work collaboratively to contribute to the overall success of the company
