Job Description

As a Merchandising Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising team to drive sales through attractive product displays, effective promotions, and well-managed inventory. Your responsibilities will include daily product allocations, data analysis, and assisting with online and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the allocation of watches to retail locations for optimal stock levels and visual appeal
• Track inventory levels, analyze sales data, and implement pricing strategies
• Manage promotional assortments to achieve financial targets
• Communicate with sales associates and customers to ensure product knowledge and display execution
• Stay updated on watch trends, prepare merchandising reports required, and provide insights for decision-making

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Proven 3-5 years of experience in the retail industry (fashion, accessories, or watches) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in SM consignment, other department stores, and boutique is a plus
• Passion for watches and the retail industry
• Residing in Manila or willing to be assigned in Binondo Manila
• Immediate availability to start
