A Saleslady is responsible for assisting customers, promoting and selling products, and maintaining an organized and attractive sales area. She ensures a positive shopping experience by providing excellent customer service and supporting daily store operations.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection
• Promote and sell store products to meet sales targets
• Provide accurate information on product features, prices, and promotions
• Arrange and display merchandise to attract customers
• Replenish stocks on shelves and ensure items are properly labeled
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area
• Assist in inventory checking and stock monitoring
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Support cashiering duties when assigned (handling cash, receipts, POS)
• Follow store policies, procedures, and supervisor instructions
