We are looking for a skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee daily crop production operations and ensure high productivity, quality, and efficiency in all farming activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Farm Supervisor in crop production is required
• At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in planting, cultivation, and harvesting
• Knowledgeable in soil preparation, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work on-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily farming activities including planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting
• Monitor crop health and implement proper pest and disease control
• Ensure proper use of farm tools, equipment, and materials
• Lead and manage farm workers to meet production targets
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the farm area
• Prepare reports and coordinate with management
