Farm Coordinator - 2 Yrs Experience in Vegetable Farming

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, preferably major in Horticulture.

• More than 2 years of vegetable farming experience is preferred.

• Effective leadership and a passion for working with diverse team members.

• Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Collaborative, independent, and proactive in project management.

• Driver's license is preferred; willing to travel occasionally.

• Passion for social media content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily farm operations and schedules.

• Supervise and train farm workers.

• Monitor crop and livestock health.

• Maintain and repair farm equipment.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Manage inventory of supplies and materials.

• Collaborate with agronomists and veterinarians.
