Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures that daily production plan for painting is met
  • Ensures the quality of products being worked on
  • Learns skills that will improve productivity
  • Ensures that proper tools and equipment is used in performing work-related tasks
  • Immediately reports to leadman, any abnormality or irregularity regarding items produced, tools, equipment, and processes
  • Observes production procedures related to safety and health at work.
  • Able to suggest improvements in work productivity and product quality
  • Able to perform basic preventative maintenance of equipment and tools
  • Ensures 7s is maintained
  • Performs other related tasks from time to time such as metal preparation and maintenance of painting equipment.
  • At least high school graduate or relevant vocational course
  • At least 1 year working experience in a related field
  • Preferably 1-4 years experience in manufacturing/production operations or equivalent
  • Must possess reasonable analytical skill.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Team player
  • Mondays to Saturdays, 7am - 4pm with high possibility of paid overtime
