Description

  • Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
  • Runs troubleshooting programs on the building’s heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, immediately cascade problem to contractor or equipment supplier if repairs fail to address technical issues.
  • Resolve issues that arise in order to keep both building maintenance activities running smoothly or take care of any repairs needed on-site if there’s an emergency.
  • Organize, supervise, and direct maintenance workers. Lead and motivate the team and delegate tasks accordingly.

Requirements

  • College Degree/ Vocational Technical course 
  •  3-5 years’ experience
  •  Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating, etc.)
  • With  Building and Equipment Maintenance Methods and Theories
  • With Project Controls expereince
