Supports the smooth daily operations, safety, and physical maintenance of an organization's workspace. The role bridges administrative tasks with hands-on maintenance, handling everything from general upkeep and meeting room setups to coordinating with third-party vendors and tracking supply inventories.

Core Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance: Perform minor repairs, conduct routine building inspections, and monitor essential systems (e.g., lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and fire alarms).
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Liaise with external service providers for larger repairs, building compliance, or routine preventive maintenance.
• Space Management: Assist with office layouts, workstation relocations, and logistical setups for events or daily meetings.
• Inventory & Procurement: Monitor and restock office and pantry supplies, oversee facility tools, and manage basic asset control.
• Safety & Security: Enforce company safety regulations, conduct routine safety sweeps, and act as a point of contact during building emergencies
