Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, maintaining, implementing or improving facilities, equipment’s & system for industrial.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and prepare pm reports and checklist.
• Monitor preventive maintenance plan
• Develop preventive measure to prevent recurrence of problems
• Preparing & checking specifications for purchases of equipment’s, machines, and materials
• Conferring with suppliers, engineers and others to discuss existing of potential engineering products or projects
• Inspect projects such as buildings, machines etc. to monitor progress
• Maintaining good working condition and for troubleshooting of all equipment, materials used in projects.
• Improves function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by studying performance results; identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
• Ensure the good condition of all equipment and the availability of spare parts in coordination with the staff.
• Reporting to superior related to projects or any other activities
• Performs other related functions as maybe assigned by superior

Qualifications:

• 4-year college graduate of B.S in Electrical Engineering with PRC License
• With work experience in facilities such as Preventive Maintenance, designing, maintaining and improving facilities for industrial.
