• Collaborate with product design engineers to ensure feasibility of new designs.
• Perform troubleshooting on equipment and processes to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all production activities.

Requirements

• Graduate of Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• High Communication and presentation skills.
• Mentally and physically fit.
• Strong technical knowledge about manufacturing procedures and adding failure analysis reporting.
• Superior mental and analytical ability and problem-solving techniques.
• Knowledge in FMEA, 7QC tools, 8D, Kaizen, and SPC.
• Required Minimum of 3 years of experience in the plastic industry in a manufacturing set-up.
