The Facility Specialist is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's facilities, utilities, and building systems. The role ensures that all equipment and infrastructure are safe, functional, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements while supporting uninterrupted production and business operations. The Facility Specialist also coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance activities, manages contractors and service providers, monitors facility performance, and promotes a safe and efficient working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of 4-year course or any technical/vocational courses
• With at least 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management
• With experience in facility operations, maintenance, and project coordination
• Knowledge in building systems, utilities, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance
• With solid background in Electrical Wiring and ACU repair
• Skilled in monitoring facility equipment and contractor management
• Familiar with MS Office, documentation, and report preparation
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial setup is an advantage
