- Manage and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairs for facility-related issues.
- Oversee electrical and plumbing systems to guarantee safety and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repair work.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in facility engineering
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HVAC system maintenance, troubleshooting, electrical and plumbing knowledge, and fire safety compliance
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage contractor relationships effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented
