JOB DESCRIPTION

• Access & Rule Enforcement: Manage main entry points, log visitor traffic, and ensure everyone adheres to property guidelines.
• Premises Monitoring: Conduct regular walkthroughs to maintain order, deter risks, and keep company assets safe and secure.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs and promptly report any hazards, damages, or unusual incidents to management.
• Customer Assistance: Provide a visible, helpful presence by offering directions and customer service to clients, employees, and guests.
• Emergency Response: React swiftly to alarms or urgent situations and coordinate with external emergency services when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Open to High school graduate.
• A least 1+ years of security or property custody experience.
• Physically fit with good character and a basic understanding of facility maintenance and safety protocols.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and live in the provided barracks.
