Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of the premises to maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment.
• Ensure employees, guests, and visitors comply with established property guidelines.
• Monitor the condition of company property and facilities, reporting any damages or maintenance concerns.
• Identify and promptly report safety hazards and risks to management for immediate action.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of property inspections, visitor activity, and facility-related incidents.
• Document unusual occurrences, property damage, and policy violations, ensuring complete and timely reports.
• Provide assistance, directions, and professional customer service to employees, guests, and visitors.
• Respond to facility emergencies, alarms, or urgent situations and coordinate with management or emergency responders when needed.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and workplace safety protocols.
• Able to identify and quickly report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and stay on barracks (if required).
