We are seeking a Project Manager – Scrum Master to join our team in Iloilo City (Onsite). This role combines the strategic oversight of project management with the servant leadership of a Scrum Master to ensure the successful delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile processes, remove team blockers, and maintain a high-performing development environment while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution and delivery.
• Protect the development team from external distractions to maintain focus and productivity.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming, prioritization, and maintaining a clear product roadmap.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress and potential delays.
• Monitor team velocity, capacity, and sprint performance using data-driven metrics to improve predictability.
• Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team’s ability to meet sprint goals.
• Promote continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and actionable feedback.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide transparent reporting on project status, timelines, and delivery progress to senior management.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3–5 years of continuous experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in a software development environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification highly preferred.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Agile tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and traditional Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced onsite environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
