Facility Management Officer | Deployment: 130-A 6th St., 7th Ave., East Grace Park, Caloocan City

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or any related course
• With experience in facility management, building maintenance, or operations coordination
• Knowledgeable in building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Willing to work onsite in South, Caloocan City
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday schedule
• Can start ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Oversee facility operations and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and improvements
• Monitor building systems and equipment to ensure operational efficiency
• Prepare and submit maintenance and operational reports
• Support management in planning and implementing facility-related projects
