Facility Management Officer | Deployment: 130-A 6th St., 7th Ave., East Grace Park, Caloocan City
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or any related course
- With experience in facility management, building maintenance, or operations coordination
- Knowledgeable in building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work onsite in South, Caloocan City
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday schedule
- Can start ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Oversee facility operations and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and improvements
- Monitor building systems and equipment to ensure operational efficiency
- Prepare and submit maintenance and operational reports
- Support management in planning and implementing facility-related projects
