Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure equipment reliability, carry out investigation/root cause assessment and reporting.
• Manage continuous improvement of equipment operation and maintenance program/tasks.
• Responsible for KPI and quality of services – including 100% uptime, 100% on-time maintenance.
• Responsible to ensure risk assessment and work procedure are carried out and adhere to Facilities Management Standards.
• Manage equipment compliance to both local authorities and Dyson requirement.
• Review and update maintenance and operation task and asset list.
• Plans with production the facility to execute routine planned maintenance.
• Facilitate spares management and inventory tracking.
• Manage procurement of services, parts, tools and equipment.
• Provide leadership and direction to Engineering Supervisors and Technicians regarding facility operation and scope/quality of services.
• Ensures full implementation of defined and laid-down safety systems and safe work practices by continually upgrading safety awareness and practices within the team.
• Can work holidays and on call on weekends during emergency situations, Amenable to work on a different shift based on client and operational needs.
• Ensure team members compliance to EHS, Safety, Disciplines, Compliance, Security, ISO, Energy usage and Waste management.
