Requirement

  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, knowledge of building systems, and proficiency in safety regulations.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee facility operations, coordinate maintenance, ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits; may involve physical activity.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
