Design Evaluator Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop facade design concepts aligned with architectural vision.
• Perform engineering calculations for curtain walls, cladding, and window walls.
• Select appropriate facade materials considering performance and budget.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Generate accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings (layouts, assembly, sectional views).
• Prepare project forms (Final Measurement, Confirmation Order, Methodology, etc.).
• Act as backup estimator when needed.
• Conduct site inspections when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 6 months – 1 year experience in aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, or facade design evaluation.
• Strong understanding of aluminum profiles, hardware, and fabrication.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Plan Swift, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality assurance.
• Excellent collaboration skills across design, production, and project management teams.
