About the role

• Are you an experienced Draftsperson looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of innovative architectural projects? We are seeking a talented Draftsperson to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in bringing our architectural designs to life through precise drafting and technical drawings.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare detailed architectural drawing and technical specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• shop drawings, system designs and other related task pertaining to shop drawings 
• fabrication drawings for specified parts of unitized panel
• Prepare material take off
• Seamlessly integrating and working with project managers design consultants, and sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of design standards, templates, and libraries
• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects by providing technical support and problem-solving expertise

What we're looking for

• Relevant diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting / Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years in modeling and sheet metal design.
• Strong background in facade systems and sheet metal fabrication is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD software.
• Expertise in Revit for 3D modeling and detailing.
• Proficiency in Fusion 360 or Inventor for parametric modeling and sheet metal workflows.
• Familiarity with shop drawings for fabrication and coordination.
• Excellent understanding of materials, folding techniques, and assembly requirements for sheet metal.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and well-organized technical drawings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Amenable to work in Pasig and Iloilo Office.
