- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate lash styles.
- Apply individual lash extensions, volume fans, or hybrid sets using professional techniques.
- Perform lash lifts, tints, and aftercare treatments.
- Ensure client safety and comfort during the procedure.
- Sanitize tools and maintain a clean, hygienic workspace in compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an eyelash technician preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols.
- Patience and ability to work in a precise, repetitive manner.
