Description
- Perform eyelash extensions, lifts, and tints with precision.
- Ensure a clean and sanitized working environment.
- Consult with clients to determine their desired look.
- Maintain updated knowledge of lash trends and techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up care advice.
- Manage appointments and maintain client records.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in beauty or cosmetology preferred.
- Experience Level: No experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in eyelash application, brow shaping, and waxing techniques; strong attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide eyelash extensions, brow shaping, and waxing services; maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Working Conditions: Beauty salon environment; may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented, and a passion for beauty and aesthetics.
