- Lead strategic planning and implementation to achieve the organization's goals.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure organizational efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and fundraising efforts.
- Foster a positive organizational culture and support staff development.
- Advocate for the organization’s mission and vision publicly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5-10 years in a leadership role, preferably in non-profit or corporate settings.
- Catholic
- Single/ Married
- Proven organizational experience in a leadership and management role
- Understanding of non-profit governance and public policy pertinent to education and school management
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, audit and resource management
- Validated experience in program development and evaluation to ensure effectiveness and alignment with corporate mission and goals
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
