- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and implement innovative menu designs that enhance the dining experience.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure adherence to culinary standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement of kitchen supplies, minimizing waste and reducing costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and kitchen practices.
Requirements
EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years in a culinary leadership role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food trends
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
