The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, and daily office operations. The role requires strong organizational ability, sound judgment, and strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and internal/external communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Support meetings (agenda, minutes, follow-ups)
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems
  • Assist in office administration and special projects
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in an executive support or similar role.
  • Amenable to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
  • Strong research and analytical skills
