The Head Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO, executives, and senior leadership. We are seeking a top-performing Economics graduate, preferably with Latin Honors, who possesses outstanding analytical capabilities, executive maturity, and the professionalism to serve as the CEO's trusted strategic partner. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing confidential executive matters while supporting high-level business planning and decision-making.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedule.
  • Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, phone calls, correspondence, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and other documents required by the CEO.
  • Coordinate with department heads and monitor the timely completion of tasks, projects, and directives issued by the CEO.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information, executive records, and company documents.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal departments, clients, business partners, government agencies, and other external stakeholders.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate executive meetings, company events, business trips, and special projects.
  • Monitor project timelines, prepare status updates, and ensure follow-through on action items assigned by the CEO.
  • Organize and maintain accurate filing systems for contracts, reports, correspondence, and other executive documents.
  • Perform other administrative, operational, and executive support functions as assigned by the CEO to ensure the efficient operation of the executive office.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Economics is required. Graduates with Latin Honors (Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, or Summa Cum Laude) will be given strong preference.
  2. At least 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff, Executive Coordinator, or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
  3. Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret economic data, prepare business reports, and support executive decision-making.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  5. Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  6. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with executives, government agencies, investors, and external stakeholders.
  9. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  10. Willing to work extended hours, travel when necessary, and perform other duties assigned by the Group General Manager or CEO.
