  • Manage the COO’s calendar, travel, and daily agenda across multiple time zones.
  • Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and internal communications.
  • Track branch performance reports (sales, labor, food cost, compliance, guest satisfaction).
  • Coordinate follow-ups with Group Heads, SRM, and Store Managers.
  • Serve as liaison between the COO and departments: Operations, HR, Training, Marketing, Supply Chain Finance.
  • Represent the COO in internal and external communications when needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with regional leadership and key vendors.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, Communications, or related fields.
  • A Master’s degree or additional certifications (e.g., Project Management, Operations, Executive Assistant Certification) is an advantage but not required.
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, or Operations Coordinator.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives (COO, CEO, or Operations Director) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in multi-branch retail, restaurant, food service, or hospitality operations is a significant advantage.
  • Proven history of handling high-volume, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder operations.
  • Willing to be assigned in other areas, do field work, and travel to provincial branches as needed
