EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE COO


Compensation: Competitive monthly salary of ₱50,000 – ₱60,000

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Financial Stewardship: Partner closely with the COO to support corporate financial discipline and strengthen performance reporting.
  • Data Translation: Analyze complex financial statements and turn raw data into actionable, strategic insights for executive review.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and support process improvements and systems alignment across various departments.
  • Compliance Oversight: Monitor basic taxation requirements and regulatory compliance to safeguard business health.



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. An MBA graduate is highly preferred but not required.
  • Experience: At least 6 to 10 years of robust experience in accounting and/or corporate finance.
  • Core Expertise: Profound knowledge of financial statements, basic taxation, and local regulatory compliance.
  • Technical Mastery: Highly proficient in MS Excel (advanced formulas/modeling) and standard accounting/reporting software.
  • Traits: Exceptionally structured, hyper-detailed, and resilient under tight deadlines


WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

  • Location: Pasig City (On-site / Executive Office)
  • Schedule: 5 Days a week | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Must be willing to work extended hours when critical operational deadlines arise)
