Job Qualifications / Description

The EA will work closely with the COO to support financial discipline, strengthen reporting, and improve business processes across the organization.

The role requires a strong foundation in accounting, a structured and detail-oriented approach, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. The position also involves supporting process improvements and systems alignment across departments..

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

MBA Graduate, preferred but not required

Experience

At least 6–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or finance

Strong knowledge of:

o Financial statements

o Basic taxation and regulatory compliance

Proficient in MS Excel and standard accounting/reporting tools

Salary Range 50K-60K

Work Location Pasig, 1800 Metro Manila

Work Schedule 5 days: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM but willing to work longer hours
