Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and other executives.
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring effective communication.
- Assist in project management and other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Qualities and Traits: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for overtime as needed.
