Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO, staff, and external stakeholders to facilitate communication.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for board meetings and other strategic engagements.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives and with background in Paralegall
- Skills and Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, resourceful, and able to work under pressure
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with varying levels of workload
