Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and appointments.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials and agendas.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO and various stakeholders.
- Assist with project management and follow-up on action items.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
