Description

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and correspondence to appropriate parties.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.


Office Management:

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with other administrative staff to facilitate seamless office workflow.
  • Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and team meetings.


Communication:

  • Draft and edit emails, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and various departments within the organization.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information in a timely manner.


Travel Coordination:

  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO's business trips.
  • Ensure travel plans align with the CEO's schedule and preferences.
  • Process travel expenses and reimbursements accurately and promptly.


Driving:

  • Drive the CEO to various locations as required, including meetings, appointments, and events
  • Navigate efficiently to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
