Provides high-level administrative, organizational and strategic support to senior executive.

Job Requirements:

Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course with a strong academic background.

• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development (preferred but not required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to present ideas persuasively.
• Ability to develop basic marketing plans, build rapport quickly with clients and suppliers.
• Strong research and analytical abilities, including familiarity with business metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and collaboration and with a strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Collaborative mindset for cross-team work.
• Basic data analysis using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
