An Executive Secretary supports top-level management by handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. The role requires discretion, organization, and strong communication skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
