Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Head of Marketing with daily administrative tasks and project management.
  • Coordinate and prepare presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence on behalf of the Head of Marketing.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and programs.
  • Conduct research and analytical activities to support marketing initiatives.


Qualifications:


  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Office Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and time management
  • Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in start-up environments and effectively manage multiple priorities
