The Executive Assistant to the Group General Manager provides high-level administrative and strategic support to management. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of executive functions by managing schedules, facilitating communication, and supporting organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Screen and manage communications such as emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized filing systems for corporate and executive documents
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and key action items to ensure timely completion
  • Assist in monitoring budgets, expenses, and administrative records when necessary
  • Support audits, compliance requirements, and documentation processes as needed
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, and service providers
  • Assist in company projects, events, and executive initiatives
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to senior leadership
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role
  • Demonstrated ability to support senior executives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • High degree of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate executive needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using office management tools, scheduling platforms, and virtual communication tools


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership
  • Background in corporate, finance, or professional services environments
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, document management tools, or project management platforms
  • Experience in handling travel coordination, event planning, and executive reporting
