Description

• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing an active calendar and scheduling appointments
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Assist in the preparation and dissemination of communications and reports
• Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and other staff or stakeholders

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent organizational skills
• Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
