*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
- *Financial Stewardship*: Partner with the COO to support corporate financial discipline and strengthen performance reporting
- *Data Translation*: Analyze complex financial statements and turn raw data into actionable, strategic insights for executive review
- *Process Optimization*: Identify bottlenecks and support process improvements and systems alignment across departments
- *Compliance Oversight*: Monitor basic taxation requirements and regulatory compliance to safeguard business health
*QUALIFICATIONS*
- *Education*: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field. MBA graduate highly preferred but not required
- *Experience*: 6 to 10 years of experience in accounting and/or corporate finance
- *Core Expertise*: Profound knowledge of financial statements, basic taxation, and local regulatory compliance
- *Technical Skills*: Highly proficient in MS Excel - advanced formulas/modeling and standard accounting/reporting software
- *Traits*: Exceptionally structured, hyper-detailed, and resilient under tight deadlines
- *Work Setup*: On-site in Pasig City | 5 Days a week | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Willing to work extended hours during critical deadlines
