Executive Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, Communication, or any related field.
• At least a year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and reliable.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive company and executive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Prepare, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, visas) and prepare related itineraries and expense reports, if any
• Screen and respond to emails, calls, and requests on behalf of the executive, escalating urgent matters promptly
• Serve as liaison between the executive and employees, clients, suppliers, and business partners to ensure clear communication
• Support Korean management with day-to-day coordination, adapting communication style to a multicultural, Korean-managed environment
• Handle confidential company and executive documents, records, and information with strict discretion
• Organize company events, client meetings, and business functions, including logistics and vendor coordination, etc
• Maintain filing for contracts, agreements, and business correspondence, ensuring easy retrieval
• Order and manage office supplies and coordinate with service providers for office operations
• Perform other administrative and executive support tasks as assigned, including occasional work beyond regular hours for priority meetings or business needs
