Executive Assistant

- Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, business appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle emails, phone calls, messages, and other business correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting materials.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned action items.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and important documents.
- Coordinate with employees, clients, suppliers, and other business contacts.
- Assist in monitoring deadlines, projects, and important tasks.
- Conduct research and prepare information as requested by the executive.
- Handle administrative tasks and personal or business-related errands when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
- Assist with expense tracking, reimbursements, and other administrative records.
- Anticipate the executive’s needs and provide proactive administrative support.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
- Assist in inventory, Marketing, Sales, recruitment, car management, records, finance and others depends on the assigned tasks.
- Conducts background research, manages departmental databases, and assists in planning corporate events or others.
- Provide progress report weekly, monthly and or as needed to the management.
