- Provide high-level administrative support to executives.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate communication between departments and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Assist in project management and coordination of events.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Minimum 1 year experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, potential overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and discreet with confidential information.
