Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant to the President will provide high-level administrative support to the President of a food distribution company in the Philippines. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the capacity to work independently.

• Manage the President's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the President as needed.
• Assist with the preparation of meeting materials, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
• Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the President.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the job.
• Anticipate the needs of the President and take proactive steps to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage special projects as assigned by the President.
• Support the President in managing relationships with key partners and clients.
• Prepare and submit expense reports and reimbursements on behalf of the President.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong numerical skills, with proficiency in financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
