Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes and onboarding.
  • Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending of meetings
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
  • With tech savvy and excellent presentation and communication skills


Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • More than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills; proficiency in MS Office.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Wiling to work in Pampanga.
